Lucky... Yes, I found a second hand Silhouette at Marktplaats (like Ebay) and then I was spoiled by my parents because they sponsored it! So anyone with tips & tricks for the Silhouette: welcome!

The black storage box is from Leen Bakker which looks very "Ikea-ish". Got this cause I really needed a new storage for Thickers and so on. Right now the leftover alpha's are stuck on everything :s

It was a hard descision to make for me... I've met wonderful ladies and I've enjoyed our meetings so much... So with a heavy heart I announce that I'll leave Memorylane's design team! There's only one very simple reason for it: juggling with time schedules and deadlines.

Last weekend Danielle, Mandy, Nicole and I had a meeting, we worked on a mini book project with color paperbags! Great stuff. The girls have a winter theme under construction and (since I have soooo many lovely photos from sept-oct.) I'm one season behind; autumn...

Today I received THE HAMBLY goodies!!! I'm a very happy & lucky scrapbooker... The package contained 4 patterned papers, 1 sheet of rubons and frames, 1 fresh clearly heavy overlay and 8 overlays!!! Really cool!!! Thanks so much Allison!!!

Cold wind today... but the sun kept us warm! We enjoyed The Halloween theme at Plaswijckpark. So more photos to scrap this great season. Have you visited MemoryLane lately? Wow... a complete makeover is going on! I think it rocks! Dutch Dare #25 will be online tomorrow. I didn't finish my project yet unfortunately. It's in pieces all over my desk, just like a puzzle. A few days ago I left a comment on this Hambly blog and today I read my name! Thanks to Mandy for pointing out. Haha! She sent me a message this afternoon "hey, your name is one of the winners, is that you?". I had no idea... So I ran to the computer and YESSSSS! Of course I'll show you the stuff when it has arrived!

These photos were taken last June during our stay in a holiday bungalow. Every morning when Arvid woke up, he went straight to the garden to play. So early it was chilly and wet but that didn't bother him at all. I scraplifted the LO design from Mandy & Birgit. The cute birdies are from the HEMA store.

He's hairy, soft, cute, funny, curious, handsome... Beau ! Welcome into our lives little Norwegian Forest kitten (soon to be a giant). Since yesterday he lives with us... Thanks to Ingeborg @ Skog Vertinne he's a super kitten (15 weeks old). It's not easy taking photos of him when he's in "speed-playing-mode". Haha !

A rainy day

So we had a rainy day today... Arvid was tired of the weekend (he spent at my parents house, haha). He loves to build a big tower of toiletpaper. Dora & Draakje dvd's are his favourites right now. Ofcourse PARKING his cars is still number one, no matter what kind of weather it is ! I did some PRE work on the Dutch Dares and made some snapshots...

That's about last weekend... R and I spent two days reorganizing and cleaning our house. Including building a new closet in Arvid's room and getting all the baby-stuff out. My scrap space was a mess too and needed to be sorted out... Haha, we found out that the neighbours were doing the same thing and online I read Corinne's & Danielle's blogs they were cleaning their scrap spaces too ! So I guess it was national cleaning weekend ?

It's April and the weather is like summer... We were invited by friends to join them at their caravan (trailor?) at the beach in Renesse. We had a lovely sunny day ! It felt like a little holiday to us. Unfortunately I had astma troubles again last week and I'm on prednison again. Well, it helps me so I'm not complaining but I really hope to get it in controle this time.

He did very well at the hospital today ! Now he's asleep in his own bed at home and he's fine. Redness will last for a while and he needs medication for the pain. Well, he looks COOL in his pyamas with sunglasses !

It was a tough week for me: I was very sick (severe astma problems) but now I'm getting just fine again... It takes some time to recover and I have to be patient... BUT we had a happy little boy here who turned three years old ! And he really enjoyed it ! Cool presents, lots of cake and chips... He loved it !
